Your information

Privacy notice

We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries, manage foundation updates and administer donations.

01

Who is responsible

The Felix Foundation Supporting Neonatal Care, Registered charity 1218644 in England and Wales, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

Our registered address is 4a Exmoor Street, London, W10 6BD.

02

Information we collect

This may include your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, role, postcode, donation details and information you choose to include in an enquiry. Administrator identities are handled through Supabase Auth.

03

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to you, assess training funding, hospital, fundraising and partnership enquiries, record donation activity, provide requested updates, administer the platform and meet legal or financial obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

04

Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, the details are shared only with authorised members of the foundation team who need them to respond. We use this information because you have asked us to take steps or because it is in our legitimate interests to manage the foundation’s work responsibly.

Enquiry records are normally reviewed for deletion after 24 months. We may keep a record for longer where the conversation develops into an active relationship or where a legal obligation requires it.

05

Foundation updates

If you register for foundation updates, we will use your email for that purpose. Messages should always provide a straightforward way to stop receiving future updates.

06

Storage and access

Platform information is stored in Supabase. Access to private records is restricted to authorised foundation administrators. We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected or to meet applicable obligations.

07

Anonymous website insights

We count page visits and selected actions, such as opening funding information, following an event booking link or completing a foundation update, event registration or donation step. This helps the foundation improve the website. These records do not contain names, email addresses, donation amounts, IP addresses, full referrers, device identifiers or persistent visitor identifiers.

The foundation reviews these counts only in aggregate. The admin report uses a rolling 90 day window.

08

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to stop using information where applicable. Contact hello@thefelixfoundation.co.uk.

09

Cookies and external media

The public site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Anonymous website insights work without cookies or persistent visitor identifiers.

We use a first party preference cookie, named felix_cookie_preferences, for up to 180 days so the site can remember your choice. Essential authentication and security cookies are also used when an administrator signs in. These uses are necessary to provide the service requested.

Videos from YouTube or Vimeo are not loaded until you allow external media. If enabled, those providers may receive information about your device and viewing activity and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. You can withdraw that choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
